Tuesday Morning Stroll

Join us on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month for an easy-paced walking tour of our area trails.  Participants will receive a frequent walker card to register for prize drawings at the end of the season.  All ages are invited.  This program is sponsored by Henry County Parks and Recreation, Dan River Basin Association, Activate Martinsville/Henry County and Martinsville Parks and Recreation. Golden Living Blood Pressure Screening

The Golden Living Center will conduct a free blood pressure screening today in room 1 in the Henry County Administration Building.  Contact parks and recreation at 634.4643 for more information.

Out to Lunch Bunch

The Out to Lunch Bunch is open to all adults age 50 and above. Join us at a local restaurant for lunch.  Everyone is welcome.

This month's lunch will be at Clarence's Steak & Seafood.

Senior Bingo

Join us at the Henry County Administration Building on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month at 1:00pm for Senior Bingo.  Participants will enjoy playing bingo and have the opportunity to win food items and other great prizes.  Registration is not required.  Contact 634.4643 for more information.

Board of Supervisors Special Meeting

The Board of Supervisors wil hold a special meeting at 4 p.m. to consider procedural issues concerning the recent state of emergency in Henry County.

Beginning Guitar
