- Assessed and Consideration Values
- Any Exemption codes claimed clearly stated on the face of the writing
- Each page of the writing is numbered consecutively
- Who Prepared the Document on the first page
- Attorney's Bar Number
- Name of the title insurance underwriter or statement that it is unknown to the preparer
- Type of Document
- Legal descriptions are required on all Deeds and Deeds of Trust
- All documents must be properly signed and notarized
